Last Sunday, my mom and dad came to KL to visit me. The main purpose of this one day trip is to visit my house at sec 17. They planned to come for long time liao, but cannot find a proper time. Sometimes they were busy while sometimes I'm not free ...blah blah blah...

They reached at Pudu bus station at about 4.45am. I had borrowed car from ah huei (really thanks for his kindness) while Star, cwlow and ah fen decided to accompany to go there to fetch my parents. (their main purpose is get a chance to eat porridge at Petaling Street, but they really has "yi hei", very appreciate them...)

After eating porridge, I brought my parents back to my house at sec 17 and rest for awhile. Then, we drove around and had breakfast at sentosa (this is the real breakfast or watever, but honestly my dad and I can eat alot...hehe!)

Then, we left the house and went to take LRT to KLCC. This is a great chance for my mom and dad experienced KL lifestyle. Normally, ppl in KL used public transport to travel to avoid the hectic traffic jam. This is basically a shopping trip coz after KLCC, we went to Pavilion, Sg. Wang Plaza and Time Square. Jz window shopping coz mega sales has over...But I still got a chance to see some women "digging" into clothes to find a nice one or more even those clothes cost RM 99.90...before notice the price, I tot they cost less than RM50...sweating...

Finally, we went to Petaling Street having early dinner and I sent them to Pudu Station. The day was a bit rush and tiring, but I really appreciate my parents travel a long way jz to see me. I felt very thankful.

Countdown of 2008 @ Bkt Bintang

Just wanna share a bit about my countdown lo.

Wang, Huei, Zying, Fen and me went to Time Square at about 8pm. We shop shop there and "accidently" I bought a T-shirt. Actually I saw that shirt at Sg. Wang Plaza days ago and because they dun have the size I want so I din buy it. And all of a sudden, I saw this shirt again and the size I want, so I buy it!

walking n walking...suddenly, Zying shouted: "Today is 31st, Baskin Robbins got discount!!!" Then, we joined the queue in front of BR stall. We bought "very strawberry" and "ramp raisins" with smallest size cup. After discount, it's quite expensive compared to normal ice-cream...However, the taste really...GREAT!!!!!=)

At around 10pm, we went to Sg. Wang to meet wwc. The crowd really huge there!! There's a countdown concert organized by 988 and sponsored by Magnum. We have to squeeze into the crowd to make us nearer to the stage. The crowd really crazy lo...not only young ppl, got lots aunties, uncles, babies and foreigners ...sweating...

There was raining for awhile before 12am...concert was just so so...We expect high for Gary Cao and Justin's performance. Gary really good at singing while Justin is ...short...I dunno he is so small size.hehe!

Then, we went to have supper and go back. Sweat alot and I forgot how many ppl touched my body...arghh...countdown alwayz crazy!! Stay young, stay COOL!!

Guinness Party @ Zouk

I jz got the photos from wwc, wanna share an old news here...hehe!!

On 12December 2007, we went to Guinness Party at Zouk Club (near to KLCC). It's a launching party for Guinness Foreign Extra stout (originally brewed in Dublin, Ireland).

We reached there at about 8pm ++, the ceremony show alredy finished. So, we just enjoy free flow of stout. In fact, I never tried stout before. Stout tastes stronger than normal beer. ermmm...not bad actually. But, it's kinda much bitter than beer.

Dun ask me y I pose like this...I also feel geli when I saw this pic...May b the "reaction" of stout can explain that...

We just fool and chat around there until 10pm, the party is over...we have asked to moved from the club. So, we went to nearby restoran nasi kandar to have supper. Then, we walk back to Velvet underground (jz next to Zouk).

Since we enter Zouk before, so we can enter Velvet for free also. Wooshh...This was my 1st time came to Velvet. So many white ppl there, the girls are really HOT!! Without thinking much, we all jump into the dance floor and ... DANCE! The musics played that nite mostly are from 70's and 80's and some I haven't heard b4.

we keep on dancing until about 2am then balik liao....next day I have to work at a children camp of Mad Science. Hehe...

Final sem

Arghhhhh....tomoro is new year eve, i know...but most important is tomoro will be 1st day of my final sem in UM. so unbelievable!!!

I still remembered haluansiswa in 12th college...crazy one week, tortured by seniors but i was still getting fun and knew uni best fren until now!! walking in the 12th college "beautiful" and stingy lake then "swimming" on the freezing cold hall floor ...so unforgettable...

haiz...time flies...here I am! Final year final sem. That's wat I dreamt of when I was in 1st sem, alwayz wanna become final year student. But now...blah blah blah...that's human nature. never satisfied what we have now, alwayz dream of sth.

Uni life is much exciting than I thought. However, there are so many things that I haven't tried. I sure will fully use my final sem time to try it all. I still haven't thouroughly discover KL...I muz find out all interesting stuff behind KL!!=)

Fresh start tomoro, I hope so. Thesis is waiting for me and there'll b mid term presentation on next thursday. I guess final sem will not b as enjoyable as before.

I didn't really like the way he sang in the beginning of AI, but I'm touched when he sang "Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman"...When I started enjoy his performance, he was shockingly voted off by America.

But soon, he came out with an album. And, this song - Home is my all time favourite. Today, I found this song has gone missing from my song list, so I download it again and listening to it again n again...This song really...Amazing!! The lyrics really meaningful and touching...

Kids

For the past two weeks, I have been worked in two children camps! One is on last thursday at IBM centre (especially for IBM employees' children) and the other one is on yesterday at National Science Centre.

The fun camps is organized by Mad Science. This program is brought from Canada and they have more than 60 different topics and stuffs all from Canada. The program main objective is to help children in learning science theories and build interest of science in them.

I really had very very long time din working with kids liao...so this job is kinda challenging for me in the beginning. First, I'm not really good in handling kids and secondly, all the kids there are from international school or from rich rich family, some of their english even much better than me...sweating...

But, somehow they still kids...haha!! I still can teach them science.

Kids nowadays really much different from kids at old times like me. They have really good science basic knowledge even in small age. And, they like to throw bunch of questions to instructor and assistants! Some questions have made us shocked for a second and try to figure out how to answer it well and make them stop questioning same thing again and again...sweating *2...

However, learning with kids really fun la!! Can play some little games with them and all the childhood's sweet memories suddenly flash back in my mind...

Hopefully I have more chances to be part-timer in this type of children's program in future lo.=)

Batu Caves + Kepong + Selayang

Last saturday, we departed for Batu Caves in early morning. Planned to go at 7am, but u know the bed is so comfort and the air is so cool...we slept until 6.45am...so at last we departed at about 7.45am...

It's my 1st time visit to Batu Caves. For this tourist's spot, WWC became our tour guide.

We climbed total of 242 stair cases to reach the top.

Many Hindu God inside Batu Caves, sorry that I did not recognize any of them.

And, not forgotten the active monkeys jumping here and there. Ppl who with plastic bags should never go near to the monkeys, bcoz the monkeys will jump to ur body to stole ur plastic bag...

After leaving Batu Caves, we went to Selayang to meet Happy then went to Kepong to eat the famous Kepong Crab.

Then, there is no where else to go. Finally, we went to Selayang Mall. (the mall that not much ppl wanna shop). Walk and walk...end up with bored and tired...At last, we decided to say "ciao!" to each other and heading home...haha!!
